Two wonderful videos showcasing the history of the magnificent steam train 1919, and current plans to transform the disused rail line from Ulong to Glenreagh into the Tallowood Mountain Rail Trail.
In February, we welcomed Rowan Kinane of Rail Media Productions, Tasmania to tour the train shed, view the status of the rail trail and historic Lowanna station on his recent visit. A keen historic train enthusiast and videographer, Rowan was very excited with our plans to get the 1919 steam train up and running again and for our plans to develop the rest of the corridor into the rail trail ensuring that future generations will learn about the wonderful and colourful history of the rail line
